Tic Toc Tokyo is a four-piece band from Melbourne, Australia. Forming in late 2005, the band quickly built a strong live reputation with their energetic shows and received attention with their demo recordings which received airplay on national and community radio. Characterised by bold melodies, layered vocals, and percussive rhythms, TTT's sound is unique and powerful. Minimalist and focused with a stark and abrasive edge, the songs are driven by interplay between contrasting elements and delivered with rawness and energy.
The band released their debut EP, Artefacts, in early 2008 followed by a new single, Ritual. Tic Toc Tokyo are currently recording their debut album due for release in late 2009.
