Heaven Is A Place Where Nothing Ever Happens

Scottish artist and Turner prize nominee, Nathan Coley will erect his famous message sculpture Heaven Is A Place Where Nothing Ever Happens on the ACCA Forecourt. The sign evokes religious roadside architecture conjoined with retro fairground aesthetics. Its message is open to a range of reading, both reassuring and unsettling, but is ultimately no salve for our existential angst.
