| The Helen Macpherson Smith Commission will this year bring London-based Australian artist David Noonan home, fresh from breakthrough exhibitions at the Chisenhale Gallery in London and the Palais de Tokyo in Paris. For the commission, Noonan’s signature large-scale canvas works will come to life –several wooden cut-out figures will inhabit the ACCA exhibition gallery, frozen in choreographed movements.
